HMIS Committee

HMIS Committee meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 2:00 PM.

The Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) Committee is composed of agencies which utilize HMIS for data management. The Committee monitors data quality, onboards new users, conducts regular training, and reviews HMIS-related policies and procedures.

Coordinated Entry Committee

CE Committee meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 10:00 AM.

The Coordinated Entry (CE) Committee is tasked with oversight of the Continuum’s CE prioritization process. All funded agencies pull from the top of the prioritization list for access to housing related resources. The CE Committee onboards new case managers, conducts regular training, reviews CE-related policies and procedures, and conducts case conferencing through a subcommittee.

Performance Committee

Performance Committee meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 2:00 PM.

The Performance Committee evaluates the progress of both funded projects and the system as a whole toward the CoC’s objectives to prevent and end homelessness. The Committee reviews data on a regular basis to identify challenges and to celebrate successes across the CoC.

General Membership

General Membership meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 2:30 PM.

General Membership is a monthly convening of cross-sector partners who work together to address the needs of those experiencing homelessness. From housing providers to healthcare, school systems to criminal justice, partners across the community come together to stay informed and plug into efforts to address homelessness.

Strategy Committee

Strategy Committee meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 2:00 PM.

The Strategy Committee meets monthly to develop and conduct strategic planning activities, review funding opportunities, and advocate for affordable housing issues throughout the service area.
